We found the outer casing, made of a hard durable plastic, very rugged. The belt clip attachment is strong, made from metal, and easily attaches to a belt, pants or pocket.

The Huntin’ Hoist is a self retracting hunter’s rope for treestand hunters. Model #230 has 30 feet of braided rope in its tough injection molded case. The rope pays out as you climb and reels in as you lift your gear into the tree. Slack is eliminated so you never end up with 30 feet of rope in your lap or in the briars at the base of your tree. Its super duty belt clip easily attaches to your trouser or fanny pack belt as well as the strapping on any treestand. A lanyard attachment point allows you yet another fastening option.
